The realisation that I had as I was watching Italian 🇮🇹 medalists lollobrigida_francy who won gold🥇 and andreagiovannini93 who won🥉was that difference between best in the world and not winning any medals is often only a second or less. And that second is not decided in the arena but through the hard work that one puts in for a lifetime in silence, when people are not watching.
