How to make chive blossom butter π§
1. Pour about 2 or more cups of heavy cream into your stand mixer or beat with a hand mixer until you see milk solids separate from the water content.
2. Strain using a nut milk bag squeeze out alllll the excess liquid
3. You can wash your butter to help prevent it from going rancid sooner but this stuff gets eaten so fast I skipped this step
4. Add salt to taste
5. Chop up your chives and sprinkle in chive blossoms (which have a wonderful pungent flavor!)
Dip in your garden radishes π«
One of the best appetizers to serve or quick snackss
