A fun reversible illustration and lettering commission for a limited release Monster High Freak Du Chic Draculaura collector’s doll that was launched at Comic Con San Diego a few weeks ago. To go along with the trapeze theme and upside down packaging of the doll I was briefed to create a reversible lettering composition with creepy ornamentation that would read either way. Some tricky letter pairs to reverse but we got there in the end. For fans of the series I think the doll might be sold out now but visit Mattel Creations to find out more.
