Most of the major religions speak of omniscience as either something that can be attained by each and every one of us or a quality that can be attributed to god or the universe. I’m not sure where I stand on all that but with talk of Elon Musk’s brain reading neuralink technology and a potential future where folks with chip implants will be walking around like Neo from the Matrix, maybe becoming all knowing isn’t as far away as we think. In saying that can you imagine how boring the world would be if everyone knew everything? I guess that’s why they say ignorance is bliss.
