As part of a personal project in 2024 I’m releasing a small series of artworks that explore meditation, sacred ritual and consciousness in the digital age. “Close My Eyes So I Can See” is the first in this series.
The style of meditation that I teach gives the practitioner an opportunity to turn their attention inward and experience their most subtle form of awareness. Accessing a version of themselves beyond the thinking mind, beyond fear, beyond anxiety and the noise and distractions of modern life.
By regularly closing our eyes through this practice and experiencing that deep and expansive stillness that lies within us all, we learn to interact with life from a place of more peace and clarity... as our true selves beyond the bullshit.
