“Aham Prakasha” What we surround ourselves with and where we give our attention is like food for our soul. Like all food it can either nourish us, offer no nutritional value or it can be down right toxic. That goes for our relationships with ourselves and others, how we spend our time, the content we consume and the environments we place ourselves in. Aham Prakasha, the name of the third piece in this series, is a Sanskrit mantra which translates to the phrase I Am Light. The inner light its referring to is front and centre of many spiritual practices across multiple traditions and for good reason. Those things that enliven, nourish and heal us are all great food for the soul. Does an interaction, whatever it may be, leave you feeling depleted or do you feel nourished?
