I don’t know who needs to hear this right now..it was the moment after this that changed everything. I didn’t protect myself. I could barely walk. I lost everything. I was betrayed, I didn’t think I would ever be able to paint again it’s been the hardest time of my life — in which I contemplated suicide at the lowest of lows.it was like the rock bottom basement floor gave way and I hit it even lower ..but somehow if you just keep going I learned what true resilience is. So if you’re going through something- know that it is your choice to keep going - you can do it! It does get better! And even though I am still at time struggling with the constant pain, my reprieve is the moments of creating and sharing it with you. It makes me stronger to know I can inspire others because life can get challenging. So I feel your struggles, and know your pain.
