I am but a conduit.. or at least it feels like it. My recollection of creating is in the afterthought,( or by watching these videos), for when I am painting it’s like I am one with the brush. I know I move funny when I work. Others artists have told me it’s a waste of energy. But I don’t believe that. I believe that dynamic energy can be felt in the painting, as if it takes on a life of its own. These are the base layers made with three colours- an unexpected combination that is subtle. Sepia with a touch of what I think was cerelean blue? And a copper gold.. I used these colours because it was all I had in the moment😂.. time to run to the paint store..😂😊 I thought to share my progress and YESSSSS I’m inspired and painting again…thanks to my #yearofthetiger .. its my year!
