In parallel with my master’s studies in digital transformation, I’ve been reading extensively and applying concepts related to artificial intelligence in management. To reinforce this journey, I tested my knowledge and practical application by taking the #Exin BCS Artificial Intelligence exam, successfully achieving this international certification. Across all institutions I’ve been engaging with, it’s clear that the current major focus is on ethics, governance, and risk management when it comes to projects involving artificial intelligence-and, by extension, data science, machine learning, generative AI, and related areas. From my perspective, this is critical. Despite the rapid pace of innovation, growing and organizing in a sustainable way will be a true differentiator for organizations.
