What they’re trying to do is make the attacker think they’re somewhere, and bait them into shooting or hitting that area - then with the right timing, they can go and run this ball down or be in a spot they’ve “primed” the attacker into hitting. There is a lot that goes into this, and not just one way works but one thing is for sure - you need to plan the move ahead, have the right timing with your move, and be athletic and ready to shift gears if you have to.
