Bring! Treats for Dogs opened on Southeast Division Street late last year. That’s right, a food cart dedicated solely to dogs. The only one of its kind in Portland (at least that we could find). A pun-lover at her core, Martin bakes pup-cakes, em-paw-nadas, pup-tarts and more. She’ll even bake your pup a custom cake.
