Go One More 👊🏻 In 2018, while on an 18 mile marathon training run, I almost quit at mile 10. My legs hurt, I was tired and honestly didn’t feel like running. I turned around and ended up running 19 miles that day - one more than originally planned. After returning home I wrote “ONE MORE” under the bill of my hat, posted it on social and watched the response go wild. ONE MORE turned into GO ONE MORE. It changed the trajectory of my purpose, provided me direction to fulfill my life’s mission and has helped many others too. It’s more than an extra mile. It’s more than an extra rep. It’s more than an extra day’s work. It is the compounding consistency of putting in the extra effort every single day. If you apply it to your life, I guarantee you will experience positive results too.
