Startup weekends have me such a buzz. Basically you have one weekend to pitch an idea, recruit people to your cause (or abandon ship and join other teams), then collectively you research and validate your business concept and pitch it to a panel of experienced business legends. It’s draining, dramatic and the perfect mix of organised chaos. I’ve seen two sides to it: as a participant and through my camera lens behind the scenes. I’m feeling that entrepreneurial spark again this year! For those of you who have done youngentnz , it’s like that but crammed into a weekend.
