UPDATE: #Caps forward Pierre-Luc Dubois has been issued a match penalty for “intent to injure” #StlBlues forward Robert Thomas. Per NHL Rule 21, Dubois is automatically suspended pending review by the NHL. Thomas also received a 2-minute minor for interference on the play.
