CAUGHT ON VIDEO: A young person on an e-dirt bike was seen on Indian Head Road in Kings Park, getting into a confrontation with a driver. Incidents like this are becoming more common and dangerous on Long Island. The Smithtown Supervisor's Office says it recognizes the dangers and is updating its codes to include e-bike regulations and tougher penalties.
