💙Everyone plays here!❤️ Year-round, ASA is committed to making our fields and courts welcoming for everyone. At ASA, discrimination, harassment, and racism have no place in our community. We believe the soccer field (and futsal court) should be a safe, fun, and accessible place for all children and adults, regardless of age or skill level. As we get ready for the spring season, we want to reaffirm an important part of our club culture. Several years ago, we introduced something rarely found in our industry, a Support & Accountability Form (found on our homepage) that provides a confidential space for community members to raise concerns about potential Code of Conduct violations. This shows our ongoing commitment to a safe, respectful, values-driven environment for everyone. 🏆 In our Academy program, players and coaches follow a Code of Conduct, shared at the beginning of the season, that outline the standards and values we uphold as a club. #ASACommunity
