Through the Life’s Choices grants, $1 million has been awarded to local nonprofits to expand youth programs, mental health services, and substance use treatment.

This commitment continues through the E Ho‘i I Ka Piko Reentry Program, supported by a $1 million federal grant. By helping formerly incarcerated individuals successfully reintegrate through behavioral health services and community support, this initiative promotes healing, accountability, and second chances.
