A lot of you asked for a video about my return journey from France to the UK with my dog, so this is a detailed account of all of the journey. ⛴️ I got the ferry from Dover to Calais and back and it cost me £261 return for one adult and one dog in the pet lounge (I booked a week before) if you don’t speak much French, then you can book a vet appointment online in a lot of vets near the border and the West Coast of France. If you’re French is good then ring any vets in France and you’ll be able to get this done. Roo has a pet passport, but if you’re from the UK and you don’t have this, it means you’ll have a health certificate. All of the steps are exactly the same. You’ll just hand over the health certificate at the vets and at the ferry port I always get asked why I choose the Ferry over the Euro tunnel and it’s just because the Ferry has always been cheaper for me.
