And that's a wrap. Saturday night I competed in the UFE World Championship Pro Show. I've been with UFE since 2017 and have to say this event had an absolutely stacked lineup with over 6 countries represented. I was beyond delighted and quite honestly shocked to bring home a silver in Pro Master's Fitness Model and a bronze in Pro Master's Glamour. My goal was always to compete at the age of 50. Given I am a coach specializing in women over 40, I wanted to show what is possible. I don't have any stage pictures yet, but I did want to thank some people.
