When I was 26 years old, I lost my Dad to a massive heart attack from complications from Diabetes.
From that day I swore, I would look after my fitness, both mental & physical.
I joined a gym within 2 months and never looked back.
At the time, I was working in the finance industry. Long hours & a lot of stress.
While working in that world, I got my personal training certification (17 yrs ago). I eventually left the industry when my son was born.
I knew when I went back to work, it would be to make a difference.
I started my company and pledged to help other women improve their health & fitness.
It was never about being thin or how one looks in a “bikini”, it was about living.
I wanted to help women. Truly help them.
Help them gain strength and energy.
Help them see what they are truly capable of.
