Last weekend I had the honour of judging UFE Mayhem again. What an amazing show with a stellar line up of athletes. In just over a week, I will be stepping on stage again myself for the UFE World Championships Pro-Show. I started competing at 42 and had always had the goal of competing at 50. I love setting a goal and following through. I love the comradery and community with my fellow athletes. This is my 7th year competing with UFE and my 5th Pro-Show. It’s always such a great experience & I truly look forward to seeing all of the friends I’ve made over the years. I am grateful for my health and the ability to do this. Even when my competing days are done, I will always strive to be as strong and healthy as I possibly can. This is and will always be a lifestyle for me.
