#TBT It's been almost 16 months since I last competed. Even though Covid changed everything last year, I’ve never stopped working on improvement. However, it’s never been just about hitting the stage. Staying active, working out and focussing on solid nutrition has really helped me get through the past year in a positive and healthy way. I am also honoured that 100’s of other women put their trust in me to help them improve their health, and achieve their own fitness goals last year. We’ve had an amazing, strong start to 2021. I’m excited to see what this year brings.
