This is perhaps my favourite image from our recent visit to Turks and Caicos. The only thing you take from the beach or the ocean, is pictures, memories... and plastic. The only thing you leave are footprints. We as a family, share a love for the Ocean. We love exploring beaches, we love swimming and playing in the waves. Snorkeling and diving, is our favourite vacation activity. Exploring reefs and seeing the beautiful corals and sea-life life is unforgettable. It’s so important to be active as a family but also to teach. Our son has learned from a very young age to love and respect our lakes and oceans. They are vital to our, and our planet’s survival. If you are currently on a beach, or visiting one soon, please remember this, and pick up and dispose of any plastic you find.
