Last week was my birthday — and in true single-life fashion, I bought myself a present (cue violins 😝). Not just any gift though. I tracked down the highly sought-after Fujifilm FinePix F31fd — the little digicam legend that refuses to die.
Every image you’re seeing here comes from this pocket-sized gem. At a whopping 6 megapixels, it’s proof of something I’ve always believed: it’s not about megapixels, baby.
I’ve never been a fan of that overly digital, razor-sharp, clinical look. For me, photography lives in the in-between — somewhere between a nostalgic memory and a lucid dream. That velvet film appeal, where texture matters more than technical perfection.
