Hot Rod Haven (Henley Beach) This morning’s wrap-up. Short. Sharp. Straight to it. The café was closed (devastating), so most of us were running low on caffeine while that Henley sea breeze did its best impression of an ice bath. Still..... the turnout was killer. Plenty of the usual suspects and a few fresh faces that made it all worth the shivers. Of course, smart me left the spare batteries at home, so I had to shoot a little leaner than usual. Still juggled a few different cameras, though now! I have more rolls off to the lab this week. Good to see everyone rugged up against the chill — even I gave in and layered up… pulled out the Happy Gilmore jersey to fight the cold. (Still disappointed in No. 2, by the way.)
