Going through the Canada shots tonight… Getting them sorted for the book. And damn, I didn’t expect it to hit this hard. These were from day one in Toronto, the final stretch of my trip, last stop after Ottawa. Long-ass bus ride, kid screaming behind me trying to steal my food. Friends took me in for that last leg. Caught the subway that morning, didn’t know what to expect but like always, I had the Leica M8 with me. Didn’t realise how fast these memories would pull me back. I miss it. The push, the inspiration, the strange electricity of it all. Canada gave more than I thought I needed.
