Jumping from web development to building an iOS app has definitely been a bit challenging - not all the tricks I’m used to work the same way here. But honestly, I’m enjoying the learning process and staying open to new ideas. Today, I made some good progress on my first iOS MVP app (fingers crossed it’ll be public!). I improved the launch screen and worked on light/dark mode themes. Also spent some time setting up notifications and refining the main feature along with its subfeatures. During coffee breaks, I even debated whether to go with a catchy one-word app title or keep it simple with something like “do this stuff.” Still undecided! On the bright side, I’ve nailed down the logo and color palette, built some reusable components, and started brainstorming ideas for the progress tab. The plan is to have progress and settings as two of the four tabs in the bottom menu. I’m excited to share more concepts and updates soon.
