Meet my friend Judith. She’s 85 years old and has more energy than a 35 year old!🤯 She walks 3-4 miles most days in full hair and makeup by 7:00am💄. When I asked her why she gets all dolled up for her morning walks she said… “Well you never know who you might meet so I have to be ready for a hot date!” 😂💝🙌 She said her greatest accomplishment was raising her six children alone during a time that wasn’t so easy for women. She said “some days were a B..ch 🤣 but she knew she just had to keep on going! We talked about real estate, interest rates, her 24 GREAT grandchildren 😳 and the importance of a positive mind, spirit and an energetic body and most importantly to finish what you start. 💫 Judith understands that every day you have a choice to get up and move your body, show up as your BEST self… (yes hair and makeup sometimes helps 😂) shift your mind, be happy, go out into the world and do the best you can do.☺️ Can we say Super Goal Achiever!!?? 🙌 I hope Judith inspires ...
