After the success of our ‘Colombia - La Palma’ that launched Wu Wei Coffee into the Specialty Coffee arena, it has undoubtedly become our staple, 'all-year-rounder' coffee, and we couldn't be more pleased with this coffee. Nicaragua El Perdido (The Lost One) is our second direct trade coffee, and what a better way to continue building our direct trade relationships, than with an another Latin American offering. This is our first Catimor variety honey processed coffee. Harvested & hand picked from El Perdido farm, in the department of Matagalpa, in Nicaragua. This coffee was grown at an altitude of 700-900 meters above sea level, a lighter roast, with buttery white chocolate notes, and delicate notes of strawberries.
