WWE is bringing Saturday Night's Main Event to Madison Square Garden on July 18, according to WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select. It will be the first live edition of the show ever held at MSG. ​ The event falls on the same weekend as Fanatics Fest, which WWE is expected to be heavily involved in, making it one of the biggest weekends on WWE's calendar outside of WrestleMania season. ​ The last time WWE held Saturday Night's Main Event at Madison Square Garden was in August 2007, but that edition was taped rather than broadcast live.
