Then this one’s just for him. ☕🍫 For those who know me, eggless tiramisu is one dessert I can never say no to—so when I planned this series, a tiramisu modak had to be part of it. Instead of ladyfinger biscuits, I used bread soaked in rich coffee, with a creamy mascarpone–whipped cream filling at the center, wrapped inside a soft rice flour shell and dusted with cocoa.
