It’s #calçotada season in Barcelona! Last Friday our team got together to enjoy one of Catalonia’s most iconic traditions. 🔥🥬 For those who haven’t experienced it yet, a calçotada is all about fire grilled calçots eaten by hand and dipped in romesco sauce.
