When I realized I wanted to grow both personally and professionally, I knew I had to build my personal brand—and that’s when nail competitions entered my life. I started competing not to win, but to gain new experiences, boost my confidence, and overcome my fears. These competitions opened doors to new connections, invaluable feedback, and even helped me elevate my reputation, allowing me to raise my prices and attract well-paying clients. Proper training is key. Following category requirements and showing exactly what judges expect is crucial—I’ve seen many tears, both as a competitor and a judge, when someone comes unprepared and ends up with low points. It’s a hard lesson, but a necessary one for growth. I’m excited to announce that the next Nailympia competition is at Premiere Anaheim on Feb 23-24, where I’ll be judging in almost every category. I can’t wait to see everyone and witness the incredible talent in our industry! #NailCompetitions #NailTechLife #BrandBuilding #NailArt...
