Specially about shoes. #sorrynotsorry for other parents with differing values, but this kid’s feet 🦶 would be covered at MOST times when playing outdoor. He doesn’t stop moving, doesn’t stop running, always go straight to bushes, mulch, gravel, hard concrete, hot sand, wet puddles, mud, you name it. Not to mention he runs around in my kitchen too at times where spillage happens. So I need him to wear shoes that are grippy, with well protection, but at the same time not rigid and let him be his silly monkey self. And it has to look good. MUST. So when merrypeople asked me if I would like to have a pair for Ben, I was like: YES!!! These boots are the ONLY all-weather boots that he has. And it’s for obvious reasons.
