A Floating Life Oasis on the Moon In this concept, a completely different approach from traditional villa designs is adopted. The villa is designed as a floating island on the surface of the Moon. This island, made of lightweight materials compatible with the Moon’s low gravity, features a special balancing system. Thus, it can freely float on the lunar surface and cope with the challenges brought by gravity. The villa is not only living spaces; it’s also an ecosystem. The vegetation and water reservoirs inside create a self-sustaining environment. While plants provide oxygen, water reservoirs are used to maintain the water cycle. In this way, the basic needs of the villa residents are naturally met, promoting a sustainable lifestyle. Additionally, floating greenhouse areas surround the villa.
