Last night we went to Don Luigi Trattoria, in the Grand Hyatt, La Manga Club Resort & Spa (lamangaclub). Now a regular for us, with its inviting setting and carefully chosen Italian menu. The ambiance is perfect. The friendly and attentive team enhances the Don Luigi experience. We enjoyed the company of Andy’s Mum, May. And I’m sure you’ll agree, May looks fantastic just 2 months out from her 74th Birthday! We’ve also dined in other restaurants here. Amapola, with lovely Mediterranean cuisine. The flavours are fresh, vibrant, and beautifully presented, capturing the essence of the region’s rich culinary heritage. The Terrace Grill in hotter months offers a delightful experience, focusing on grilled meats and seafood. The quality of the ingredients and the skill of the grill chefs shone through in every bite.
