Portuguese home making 💙 . Spending a week with mum on the Algarve coast of Portugal was one of the best trips ever. It’s been more than eleven years since we lived in the same house, so it was beautiful to connect and experience the synchronicities and wonders of travel together. . This is a home in one of the fishing villages on Armona Island off Olhão. It’s a glimpse into a quiet paradise, bathing in the spirit of island life. Time stands still. Seagulls dive into fishing nets in a nearby port. . On a deeper level, it felt like we met in an understanding of transience. Over ten years, I’ve tended to only touch base briefly back home, maybe fearing that I’d lose momentum. I’m deeply grateful for our connection, being able to feel really rooted and grounded despite being on the go all the time.
