•⁣ I HAVE LESS TIME- I DON’T HAVE TIME 🙄• "Since I began my mentoring and training activity I have heard many excuses to justify the fact that I haven't reached the desired goals. The one often adopted by my "peers" moms is « I HAVE LESS TIME « sometimes due to the children we love so much. (Tell me you've never done it) :D In other words, I don't want to belittle the time I spend with them, nor do I want to be a denier by saying that this time doesn't exist. I usually answer with a question: "DO YOU KNOW WHAT WE AND THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE HAD THE MOST SUCCESS ON EARTH HAVE IN COMMON? "(for info I tell you about 3% of the population). Few give the answer which is actually very simple: WE ALL HAVE 24H A DAY. Yet why do some use their full potential and others dont? After time of analysis I realized that most people don't know how to manage their time. I'm not talking about marking things to do on the calendar (gym or dentist) that's the TO DO list. I'm talking about NEEDLE MOVERS...
