Daily protocol. 💉 25mg of testosterone cypionate every morning — 7 days a week to keep my levels stable. This morning I also took my retatrutide, then followed it with my testosterone shot. I use a 1cc syringe (100 units) and only need 12 units to hit my 25mg dose. I draw with a 20 gauge for speed, then swap the tip to a 30 gauge for the injection. Smaller needle = less irritation and less scar tissue when you’re doing daily injections. When I first started years ago, I was using a 3cc syringe and pinning glutes with a 20 gauge like a savage. 😂 Over time you learn better techniques and what works best for you.
