I’ve haven’t hired a posing coach. Right now I’m working with a bodybuilding coach to get my health markers and levels dialed in. This week I’m getting blood work done, and if everything comes back where it should be, the next phase begins… time to grow. 💉📈 We’re not even focused on posing yet. This is just me practicing… learning… figuring it out. I’m 36 years old, and ever since I was a teenager I always said I wanted to step on a bodybuilding stage. My coach told me I have a lot of potential, and I want to see how far I can really take this. It’s not perfect. It’s not polished.
