My son is six years old and he’s been watching me work out since he was in diapers. Every time I go to the gym, he begs me to come with me. Most gyms won’t allow kids on the floor because of liability — but Boxr never once gave me a hard time about bringing my son. And I love that. More importantly… he loves it too. 🖤💪 I’m not trying to turn my son into a copy of me. I’m trying to pass down the good habits I had to learn the hard way — discipline, consistency, confidence. I want him to be better than me. My biggest fear as a father is my kids going down the same path I did. So my job is simple, but not easy: Be a leader. Be a teacher. Be a provider. Be present. I want my kids to trust me. I want them to know that if they ever mess up — they don’t have to hide it from me.
