In China, drone deliveries are already part of everyday life. But the challenge is the last mile — getting that package from the lobby to your actual doorstep, especially if you live 20 floors up. Huawei’s concept? A robot meets the drone at a designated drop-off point and handles the final leg, bringing the package straight to your door. It’s still in development, and I don’t have all the answers on how it’ll work — but after spending time in China, one thing’s clear: I wouldn’t bet against them.
