2024 has been a year where I decided to curate a completely different life for myself, to set me up for a bigger 2025. I reached a place where I've been focusing on work heavily for the last 8 years and at 37, I know that it's time to strike more balance between work, my mental and physical health. I don't ever want to get to a point of burn out or where my body shuts down from overworking myself. This year has been about curating the life I want to live. I've since moved to my 3rd country, I live in a condo that helps me keep that balance and a city that gives me everything I need for the next iteration of my life. Let this be a reminder to you...that creating your new life, will cost you the old one. Even if you're scared to make those massive life changes...that's fine...we all are...we do it anyway!
