Condo hunting in Bangkok pt 2 Next stop is the Modiz Sukhumvit 50 project. This 1br unit cost 19,500 Baht or $595usd. Can you see yourself living here? It's 29sqm so it's a bit on the cozier side but it's just me living here, so it's perfect. The desk space is perfect for all of my studio equipment which was big for me. As for the amenities...I'm loving the Pool, the gym, co-working spaces and the fact that the unit is a smart unit that I can control through my phone is a plus. It's walking distance to the sky train, a Big Lotus supermarket, 2x 7/11 locations are across the street...and Miss Universe Thailand also lives here lol...so we in good company.
