Meet the finalists for the 2026 Outstanding Women of Laurier Award in this video series presented by forbeswaterlootoyota A third-year Chemistry and Physics major from Bedford, N.S., Katarina Brezovan is a dedicated leader both in and out of the pool as a member of the Laurier varsity swim team. Brezovan currently serves as women’s team captain, where she is recognized by teammates as a compassionate leader. Beyond Laurier, she serves as head coach of the Waeg Waves Swim Team where she was recognized as the 2024 Nova Scotia Summer Swimming Coach of the Year.
