LIONS GARNER TOP ACADEMIC AWARD: The jserralions Boys Lacrosse team has earned one of the CIF Southern Section’s top annual team awards, as the Lions are one of 30 teams to be honored as winners of the 2025-26 CIF-SS Ford Academic Awards. The 38th annual awards spotlights teams with outstanding cumulative GPAs in two enrollment categories for each sport (1500 students and below and 1500 students and above). The Boys Lacrosse team claimed the award with highest cumulative GPA of schools with 1500 students and below at 3.719. The Lions will be honored along with the other team winners in each sport during a pre-game ceremony before the Los Angeles Angels host the Toronto Blue Jays on Monday, April 20th at Angel Stadium in Anaheim.
