React → Vue → Angular → back to React.
I did this exact cycle and it cost me months.
Every time I switched, I told myself I was making a better choice. More job listings. Better syntax. More modern.
The truth? I was running from difficulty. Every time a concept got hard, a new shiny framework was an easy escape.
Here’s what I learned the hard way:
Depth in one stack beats surface knowledge in four. Every single time.
Interviewers don’t hire the developer who has “some experience” with six frameworks. They hire the developer who genuinely understands one.
The stack that gets you hired right now:
Frontend → React + TypeScript + Tailwind
Backend → Node.js OR Python (FastAPI/Django)
Database → PostgreSQL
Deployment → Docker + GitHub Actions + AWS or Azure
Pick this stack. Go deep. Build real projects with it.
Don’t touch anything else until you’ve shipped something you’re proud of.
