If you haven’t been to Sedona, you are missing out on one of the most beautiful places in the country! In January of 2022, I went on a week long solo road trip to Sedona with my pup. I had no agenda other than to soak up all of Sedona’s energy and to heal from the insanely difficult year that was 2021. I stayed in an Airbnb with a direct view of Cathedral Rock and it was pure magic. I did life changing energy work (reiki), took a guided hike, hiked on my own, explored the town of Sedona and the incredible local restaurants. I arrived feeling like a shell of myself; in the darkest place I had ever been personally. But I left feeling like myself and full of optimism for the future.
