Do you know our most precious gifts and blessings from God, require the most work. Marriage & Motherhood are the 2 hardest things I've experienced, but they have also been some of my biggest blessings. God used them to teach me what it means to slay my ego, be selfless & sacrifice my selfish desires each day, while focusing on his will for me & my family. God used them to teach me to be patient, kind, forgiving & to love unconditionally. God used them to teach me how to fully surrender my all to him & lean on God for everything, regardless of what I thought, saw, felt or what people thought/about me. Many people think getting married or having a child is a way to get all your needs met, but God is the only one who can do that.
