Happy New Year Insta Fam! It's amazing the difference a year can make. About a year ago I was still trying not to drown under the fear, anxiety & overwhelm I felt from CJ being on the Autism Spectrum and what our daily life & activities would lool like. Initially during the process of his evaluation we rarely went out because we were so anxious of how he'd react to different people/environments because the last thing we wanted was for him to be overestimulated & have a public meltdown. And now, with time, faith & resources, we're just living each day to the fullest, doing things we want to without holding back. We may have to plan ahead & make certain accommodations, but one thing we're committed to doing, is giving CJ the opportunity to experience every aspect of life, from brunch with his parents to traveling around the world.
